1. The Service
Karnek provides read-only monitoring of MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) trading accounts — dashboards, health status, alerts and reports. The connector never places trades, never modifies your account, and never withdraws funds.
2. Not financial advice
The Service is a monitoring and reporting tool only. Nothing in it constitutes financial, investment, tax or trading advice, or a recommendation to make any trade. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for the Expert Advisors and strategies you run.
3. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and don't share your login. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Connecting accounts & your responsibility
You may only connect trading accounts you own or are authorised to monitor, and you authorise us to collect their data on a read-only basis to provide the Service. You remain bound by your broker's and MetaTrader's own terms; using the Service must not breach them.
5. Accuracy of information
Figures are derived from the data your connector reports and may be delayed, incomplete or differ from your broker's records (e.g. during outages, reconnections, or broker/timezone differences). They are provided for information only — always treat your broker's official statements as authoritative, and do not rely on the Service as your sole source for time-critical decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, no accessing data that isn't yours, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping beyond your own account data, no unlawful use, and no reselling except under an authorised author/reseller arrangement with us.
7. Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own the Service, its software, and its branding; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these Terms are in force. You keep all rights to your own data. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.
8. Subscriptions, trial & billing
Free features are available at no charge. Paid plans are billed via our payment processor (Stripe) at the prices shown at signup. Where a free trial applies, we won't charge you until the trial ends; you can cancel before then to avoid charges. Prices are exclusive of any taxes (e.g. VAT) unless stated, and we may change pricing with reasonable notice. Fees are [non-refundable except where required by law]. You can cancel any time and retain access until the end of the paid period; non-payment may lead to suspension. If you are a consumer, statutory cancellation/refund rights may also apply.
9. Availability & third parties

Nothing here excludes warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed alerts, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the [12 months] before the event giving rise to the claim. 12. Indemnity

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service or others at risk. What happens to your data on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law & disputes
